“Job in the balkans” Orientamento per nuove opportunità di lavoro all’estero

La giornata Job in the Balkans, intende orientare studenti e neolaureati al mondo del lavoro in Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia, Macedonia ed altri paesi dell’Europa dell’Est, come servizio di internazionalizzazione delle risorse umane e di orientamento alla ricerca di lavoro in mercati esteri da parte di studenti e laureati

La giornata seminario/workshop, avrà come obiettivo quello di presentare:

  • » le opportunità di lavoro fatta direttamente da esperti di selezione delle risorse umane provenienti da questi paesi e capaci di indirizzare sulle richieste e necessità di mercato,
  • » le  esigenze delle aziende nazionali e multinazionali in questi paesi e offerte di lavoro e/o stage o tirocini;
  • » i canali di ricerca di lavoro e offerta dei propri CV a partire dalla Toscana.

  Dopo il seminario sarà possibile avere un colloquio diretto per chi si prenota antecedentemente. La lingua è quella inglese. Una soluzione pratica alla difficoltà di comunicazione tra l’offerta di lavoro e la domanda di lavoro delle risorse umane tra diversi paesi, è facilitarla creando un occasione di incontro diretto tramite giornate di orientamento all’interno delle Università dove avvicinare protagonisti dei mercato di lavoro esteri.

⇒ PERCHE’: Per acquisire conoscenza sulle opportunità di carriera o di crescita professionale all’estero; e per studenti e neolaureati provenienti dai Balcani conoscere le opportunità professionali che il loro paese di origine offre e quali modalità possano agevolare un loro rientro. Inoltre come poter utilizzare il loro particolare status di cittadini Italo-albanesi/serbi etc. o di laureati in Italia. Le agenzie protagoniste provengono dai Balcani, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia ecc.   Lincontro è organizzato da ICSE & Co (International Center for Southern Europe) in collaborazione con il DSPS, Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche e Sociali, e Ufficio Orientamento al Lavoro e Job Placement.

“JOB IN THE BALKANS” ORIENTATION FOR NEW JOB PPORTUNITIES ABROAD
 
The seminar, intends to direct students and recent graduates in the labour market in Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia, Macedonia and other Eastern European countries, as a service of internationalization of human resources and guidance to job search in foreign markets by students and graduates.
The workshop will aim to present:
– The opportunity in the labour market directly from experts on the selection of human resources from these countries and able to address the demands and needs of the market
– The needs of national and multinational companies in these countries and jobs and / or internships
– Channels of job search from Tuscany.
 
After the seminar there will be the chance to have a direct conversation with the Human Resources Agencies for those who book prior.
The language of the seminar is English.
A practical solution to the difficulties of communication between labour supply and labour demand of human resources from different countries, creating an opportunity for direct contact through orientation days within universities where to approach key players of foreign labour markets.
